What causes this issue?

During creation of the AI annual notification, the system determined
that there are payroll results with notification-relevant AI data
although a mid-year AI annual notification should have been created at
an earlier stage.
A mid-year AI annual notification is to be created if one of the
following reasons exists:
UV05,,,,Closing of company or change of responsibility of the AI agency
BG06,,,,Ending of all employment relationships if the company continues
to exist
UV08,,,,Start of Insolvency Procedure
You can maintain mid-year notification reasons in Customizing table
T596M (subapplication BG01) together with a date that represents when
the mid-year notification reason occurred. Note that notification reason
UV06 (end of reporting office) does not result in a mid-year AI annual
notification.

System Response

The notification was created with the status <LS>With Errors</>. If you
have already created and transferred the mid-year AI annual notification
in an earlier payroll period, a reversal of this transferred
notification is created with the status <LS>With Errors</>.

How to fix this error?

Check if the notification reason and the date the notification reason
occurred are maintained correctly in Customizing table T596M (
subapplication BG01).

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
