  • What causes this issue?

    The "Act for better compatibility of family, care, and career" has
    defined new regulations for the assessment basis for sick pay allowance
    if a child is ill in accordance with sec. 45 SGB, to take effect for
    periods as of January 1, 2015.
    Since different data is now needed to calculate this sick pay allowance,
    the EEL notifications with submission reason 02 or 23 for periods from
    01/01/2015 will initially be suspended until a new data record version
    that takes the changes into account is published for the EEL procedure.
    Until further notice, only periods up to December 31, 2014 may be
    reported automatically for the submission reasons 02 and 23.

    System Response

    This EEL notification contained days of release from work (field TAG-nn)
    for 2015 in the module DBFR. These days were deleted since they may no
    longer be transferred in the automatic procedure.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    This EEL notification now only contains the period up to December 31,
    2014 and can be transferred automatically.
    The period of absence in 2015 must be reported manually to the health
    insurance fund.
