    For occupational code &v1& with occupation name &v2&, a subsequent code
    is entered in the latest version of the German Federal Employment
    Agency's key directory.
    Combination &v1& / &v2& should no longer be used in the current master
    data.

    System Response

    This entry is still permitted, but a warning message is issued.

    How to fix this error?

    According to the key directory, occupational code &v1& / &v2& is
    replaced by the following code:
    Occupational Code: &v3&
    Occupation Name: &v4&.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    Copy the master data to a new record and enter the new occupational code
    &v3& and the new occupation name &v4& for the employee.
    You are not required to retroactively correct the master data.
    The warning message is only triggered for master data records that end
    in the future (with an end date after the current date).
