This error is related to the configuration of health insurance contributions and the validity of specific indicators used in payroll calculations.
Cause:
- Regulatory Changes: The HI indicator 2 may have been valid prior to 2009, but due to changes in health insurance regulations or policies, it was deemed invalid from that year onward.

Review Employee Master Data:

- Ensure that the payroll processing logic does not include any references to HI indicator 2.
Testing:
- After making the necessary changes, run a test payroll to ensure that the error does not occur and that contributions are calculated correctly.
