Message text: CE: No proportional calc. since IncThr not exceeded acc. to IT0700/DBBG
The total of the foreign remuneration that you entered (model wage types
MU50 - MU55) and the own remuneration exceed the income threshold, even
though the health insurance fund with data record DSKK in module DBBG
reported the value N in the regular remuneration checkbox.
The foreign remuneration will be disregarded in payroll.
Agree the actual foreign remuneration with the employee.
If this differs from the foreign remuneration entered, change the wage
types in the master data accordingly.
If this matches the foreign remuneration entered, in infotype 0700 you
can use subtype DBBG to make the correction in line with the information
from the HI fund.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

Review Payroll Configuration: Ensure that the payroll configuration settings are correct. This includes checking the wage types and their associated settings to confirm that they are set up to allow for proportional calculations when the thresholds are met.
Verify Employee Data: Check the employee's master data to ensure that all relevant information is correctly entered. This includes checking for any missing or incorrect entries that could affect payroll calculations.
Run Payroll Simulation: If possible, run a payroll simulation for the employee to see if the error persists. This can help identify if the issue is with specific wage types or calculations.
