What causes this issue?

The prerequisite for submitting the requests from payroll programs
checked by the system is that as of the data record version <LS>02</> of
the data record <LS>DSER</>, the data on the details of the insured
persons and the amount of reimbursements requested originates from and
is created by remuneration documents that are managed automatically.
Consequently, notifications are created in the data record version <LS>
02</> automatically with the status <LS>With Errors</> if entries have
been made for reimbursement amounts from the infotype <LS>Electronic
Data Exchange</> (0700) with the subtypes <LS>DBAU</> (AAG: incapacity
to work), <LS>DBBT</> (AAG: prohibited activities), or <LS>DBZU</> (AAG:
Maternity).

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

Use the notification content as a template for sending the notification
with an input help checked by the system and then set the status of the
notification to <LS>Reported Manually</> in the administrator list.
