Message type: E = Error
Message class: HRPAYDESV - Error Messages Germany Payroll, Social Insurance
Message number: 034
Message text: Legal area differs in wage type &1, period &3 and personnel area
Wage type &V1& is assigned to value credit &V2&. Each value credit is
assigned to one legal area. The wage type involves either an accrual of
value credit or a release from work.
In this case, value credit &V2& must be assigned to the same legal area
as the personnel (sub)area, to correctly determine the income threshold
deficit for disruptive events.
However, the payroll results for period &V3& in period &V4& show wage
type &V1& in a different legal area.
The personnel number is rejected.
If the accrual of value credit is involved, you have to use a different
wage type - one assigned to the legal area that matches the legal area
of the personnel (sub)area.
If a release from work is involved, use an organizational change to set
the employee to a different personnel (sub)area.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
