Incorrect tax ID - at least two digits occur more than once.
The identification number (ID number) consists of a sequence of eleven
digits and the eleventh place is a check digit. If you consider this ID
number without the check digit, then one of the ten digits will always
be repeated (mandatory repetition of digits). The other eight digits
each occur only once. The first place of the ID number is never filled
with the number 0. For organizational reasons, the numbers 1, 2, and 3
will also not be assigned to the first place for a transitional period
    of at least three years.
