Message text: Incorrect tax ID - no digit appears twice or three times (&1)
Incorrect tax ID ? at least two digits appear more than once.
The identification number (ID No.) consists of a sequence of eleven
digits, where the eleventh digit is a check digit. When you look at the
ID No. without the check digit, one of the ten digits always appears
twice (obligatory digit repeat). The remaining eight digits each occur
once. The first digit of the ID No. is never 0. For organizational

position of the ID No. for a transitional period of at least 3 years.
