    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    semiretirement phases nor the <ZK><ZH>hours actually worked</></> in the
    relevant phase reach 18 hours per week. The system calculates this limit
    of 18 hours per week as follows:
