a live system or in a non-live system.
Non-live system:
In non-live systems, if the change lists are queried using an XML, this
is indicated as a test query. This is done using the tag <(><<)>test
indicator> in which the value 700000001 is transferred. If a "real"
certificate from the live system is defined for the data provider, the
clearing house provides the note number mentioned above. The reason for
this is that only "test" certificates are known in test mode. For this
reason, note 510005200 - "Data provider with tax number XYZ was not
found" is returned.
Live system:
The certificate defined for the data provider is not recognized by the
clearing house for live mode.
