duplicate personnel number for the ELStAM procedure.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

0012 to be changed for an incorrect personnel number when the change
lists are imported.
The personnel numbers that have been used in conjunction with this IDNR
can be found using report RPCE2ZD0, for example. Enter the IDNR in the
selection of the report.
