    This error message is generated if in infotype <LS>Tax Data D</>, the
    registration of an employee is prevented due to a data record with the
    characteristic <DS:DE.P01_TX_E2_SONDER_AN>Special Processing
    Registration</> and <LB>Prevent</>, and a registration will never be
    forced in the future due to a data record with the characteristic <LS>
    Special Processing Registration</> and <LB>Force</>.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    Check the use of <LS>Special Processing Registration</> <LB>Prevent</>
    in infotype <LS>Tax Data D</>.
    Delete the <LS>Special Processing Registration</> <LB>Prevent</> or
    delimit the infotype record for the desired deregistration date and
    enter the characteristic <LB>Force</> in the <LS>Special Processing
    Registration</>.
    Then repeat the notification creation.
