    No entry exists for subapplication <LS>LSTC</> for the consolidated
    personnel area/subarea to which the personnel area/subarea of the
    employee is assigned.
    An entry exists, but no date has been entered for the start of the
    procedure.

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
