Message text: /BQ* - Wage types existed in IT and were deleted
Previously, the wage types for the leave account on the remuneration
statement were modeled using rules DBLR and DBSA. Function DBAU URLK
replaces this function.
It forms /BQ* wage types in customer rules and modified rules.
The existing /BQ* wage types are deleted.
Synchronize both rules with the standard; you can influence the wage
types with processing after calling function DBAU URLK. You can also
modify table T596I, subapplications CIUE and CIUS.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

- /BQ* - Wage types existed in IT and were deleted ?The SAP error message HRPAYDECI052 (or BQ*) indicates that there are wage types that existed in the infotype (IT) but have been deleted. This typically occurs in the context of payroll processing when the system encounters wage types that are no longer valid or have been removed from the configuration.
Cause:
- Wage Type Deletion: The wage types that were previously assigned to an employee in a specific infotype (like IT0008 for basic pay) have been deleted from the system configuration.
- Data Inconsistency: There may be inconsistencies in the payroll data due to changes in wage type configuration or incorrect data entry.
- Configuration Changes: Changes made to the wage type configuration in the system (e.g., during a system upgrade or modification) may lead to this error if the changes are not properly reflected in the employee records.
Solution:
- Check Wage Type Configuration: Verify the configuration of wage types in the system. Ensure that the wage types that are causing the error are still valid and have not been inadvertently deleted.
- Review Employee Records: Check the infotype records for the affected employees. If the wage types are no longer valid, you may need to update the infotype with valid wage types.
- Recreate Wage Types: If the wage types were deleted by mistake, consider recreating them in the system.
- Data Correction: If the wage types are no longer needed, you may need to correct the infotype records to remove references to the deleted wage types.
- Run Payroll Simulation: After making the necessary corrections, run a payroll simulation to ensure that the error is resolved and that payroll can be processed without issues.
