Message text: No leaving data exists for personnel number &
No leaving data exists for the personnel number
You want to create an infotype record to create 'Statement of Employment
? 312, SGB III'. In most cases, this statement is created when a person
leaves. The system detected that no leaving data exists for this
personnel number.
You can continue to create a record for this infotype, but remember to
set the validity date to the last day in the employment relationship.
This ensures that the statements creation report can assign this
infotype record to the correct end date of the employment relationship.
IMPORTANT: If this infotype record is created for a statement of
employment that is to be created without any leaving data (for example,
in cases when the health insurance fund suspends payments or the
employee attends further training), the validity date must be set to the
last day of the statement period since there is no last day of the
employment relationship in this case (see above).
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
