  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

You store personnel subarea extras for ELM (view <ZK>'V_T5C0P'</>) to
accelerate the processing of the data extractor because you run payroll
with multiple country versions or for multiple enterprises in your
    system, (see SAP Note <ZH>2122277)</>.
Not every personnel subarea extra stored has an ELM enterprise assigned
    to it.

    System Response

In the case of an ELM notification for all persons of an enterprise,
individual persons without an assignment to an ELM enterprise according
to Customizing for the personnel subarea (view 'V_T5C0P') may be
    ignored.
To prevent individual persons from being unintentionally excluded from
the ELM notification, all stored personnel subarea extras for ELM (view
<ZK>'V_T5C0P'</>) should be assigned to an enterprise.

    How to fix this error?

In the view ?Extras for Personnel Area / Personnel Subarea? (V_T5C0P),
assign an enterprise to the stored personnel subarea extras (<ZH>WERKS =
    </> &V2&, <ZH>BTRTL =</> &V3&).
