HRPANL_EN054
- It is not possible to display PDF and SAPScript forms at the same time ?The SAP error message HRPANL_EN054 indicates that there is an issue with displaying PDF and SAPscript forms simultaneously in the SAP system. This error typically arises in scenarios where the system is trying to render both types of forms at the same time, which is not supported.
Cause:
The primary cause of this error is the limitation in the SAP system that prevents the simultaneous display of PDF forms (which are typically used for print layouts) and SAPscript forms (which are used for text-based layouts). This can occur in various contexts, such as when generating reports or forms that require both formats to be displayed or printed at the same time.
Solution:
To resolve this error, you can consider the following approaches:
Separate the Output: Ensure that you are not trying to display both PDF and SAPscript forms at the same time. You may need to modify your process to generate and display one type of form at a time.
Check Configuration: Review the configuration settings in your SAP system related to form output. Ensure that the settings for the forms are correctly defined and that there are no conflicting settings that might cause both types of forms to be called simultaneously.
Use Alternative Output Methods: If your business process allows, consider using only one type of form for the output. For example, if PDF forms are sufficient for your needs, you can switch to using only PDF forms and avoid using SAPscript forms altogether.
Update SAP Notes: Check for any relevant SAP Notes or patches that may address this issue. Sometimes, SAP releases updates that fix known issues or improve functionality.
Consult Documentation: Review the SAP documentation related to form output and printing to ensure that you are following best practices and guidelines.
Contact SAP Support: If the issue persists and you cannot find a resolution, consider reaching out to SAP Support for assistance. They may provide specific guidance based on your system configuration and version.
