Message text: Normative work schedule was not found for personnel number &1 on &2
No normative work schedule has been defined for personnel number &V1& on
&V2&.
The system cannot find a normative work schedule for the corresponding
employee on the dismissal date. As a result, the <ZK>Statistical Form
1-PV </>(
<DS:RE.HUAL1PV0>HUAL1PV0</>) report relates the termination event
(leaving, dismissal) to the day after the termination date.
<ZU>Example</>:
An employee has been dismissed since June 30, 2018 (his/her last working
day was Friday June 29, 2018). According to the rules of the report
preparation, the termination event is related to the month (quarter) in
which the next working day falls according to the normative work
schedule:
If the system defines the normative work schedule for the employee
(terminated on June 29, 2018) on the last working date, and according to
this normative schedule the next working day is the Monday July 2, 2018,
then the report relates the termination event to the month July (3rd
quarter).
If the normative work schedule was not determined for this employee on
June 29, 2018, the report uses the "simple calendar approach", that is,
the next "working day" after June 29, 2018, which is June 30, 2018, and
it relates the termination event to the month June (2nd quarter).
To determine the termination event according to the rules of the report
preparation, you need to configure the normative work schedule for the
employee's working conditions (organizational assignment, planned
working time) on the employee's last working day.
You configure the normative work schedule, carry out the Customizing
