SNILS (the insurance number of an individual personal account) is a
mandatory characteristic of an employee for Electronic Sickness
Certificate (ELN) processing. It is not possible to perform any further
actions with an ELN without this number.
The system does not allow registration of an ELN for a person for which
SNILS is not defined in the system.
Enter the data for the employee SNILS in the personnel master data, in
the corresponding subtype of the <LS>Documents and Certificates (CIS)</>
infotype (0290).
In the standard delivery, subtype 802 (<LS>Pension Insurance Certificate
</>) is used to store SNILS information.
Priorities of the subtypes of the <LS>Documents and Certificates (CIS)
</> infotype (0290), which should be processed by the system for the
determination of employee SNILS data, must be defined in Customizing
activity <DS:SIMG.OHIRURP_PI_SZVK_004>Define Document Priorities</> for
document grouping <LS>PC</>.
