  • What causes this issue?

To distinguish between different wage type codes that represent
different kinds of amounts (incomes, amounts of accrued, withheld and
transferred tax or tax deductions), the system uses special
    classification objects derived from <NP>CL_HRPAYRU_WAGEITAX</>.
During the processing of payroll results, the system detected that for a
single wage type code there are two instances of such objects that
classify the same wage type code as a different kind of amount, for
example, income and amount of tax base. However, this is not permitted.

    System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

If there is a custom redefinition of the classification objects, check
that wage type codes and wage types are not classified by objects of
    different kinds.
If you believe that there is an error in SAP standard code, contact SAP
    Support.
