What causes this issue?

The date you entered does not fall in the legally allowed period.
After the separation payment, to get the tax refund for contribution to
the Individual Retirement Account (IRA) institution, an employee must
make the deposit to IRA institution in a legally required period.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

You need to specify a date within the period that starts from the second
day of the original separation payment date. For more information, see
