What causes this issue?

You entered a heath insurance fund.
You cannot enter a health insurance fund, however, due to one of the
following reasons.
The special responsibility of the employer's company-specific HI fund in
cases of voluntary membership of another company-specific HI fund
previously described in Sec. 28i Par. 1 Cl. 5 SGB IV was eliminated as
of January 1, 2001 with the 4th Euro Introduction Act.
The employer merely pays lump-sum contributions for part-time employees.
The Federal Miners' And Mine Employee's Fund is the responsible
organization in this case. Therefore, there is no need to pay
contributions to different health insurance funds.
An employer that is responsible for paying contributions only has to
enter a compensation fund that differs from the employee fund for
voluntary members of an agricultural health insurance fund and for
seasonally employed hobby farmers who are members of an agricultural
health insurance fund.

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

If you created a new record, delete the entry. For all other types,
batch input report RPISVBD0 is provided to delimit infotype 0013 as of
January 1, 2001, and delete the additional fund in the new record.
