    Check which values are available for selection. The following values are
    permitted:
    00: ("control using <DS:DE.P02_ABREH>payroll unit</>")
    99: ("do not calculate"), as long as the entry is maintained in table
    T5CSI
    All other groupings for which a rate is maintained under the application
    key &V1& in table T5CS7.
