System Response

In this case, the detail plan can no longer be launched from the back
end. Instead, it must be launched from <LS>SAP Enterprise Portal
(Portal)</> or <LS>NetWeaver Business Client (NWBC)</>.

How to fix this error?

In the <LS>Portal</> under <LS>Manager Self-Service -> Overview ->
Personnel Cost Planning</>

Planning with enhanced authorization (model role: <LS>

An iView (Portal) or service (NWBC) with the following parameters is
required:

Application Configuration: <LS>WDA_HCP_DET_PLAN_C_AC</>
