have the status <ls>Plan Data Generated</>. For that reason you cannot
release the run.
As soon as you perform a planning run, the SAP system generates the
status <ls>Plan Data Generated</> for it, and you can then release it.
Perhaps you have already released the planning run. You can only
release a run once.
