The payroll function GBLGP has created this message because the employee
has had a sufficiently large change in Pensionable Pay that the
re-assessment of the LGPS rules during this period has caused their
Contribution Rate Percentage to change.
You should already be running the LGPS Details report (RPLLGPG0_DETAILS)
per pay period (i.e. at the same time as you run the P45 program) to
pick up these messages, so that you can send out letters to employees
informing them that their contribution rate has changed.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
