    This employee has failed this check. They will not receive the relevant
    statutory absence payment.

    How to fix this error?

    If the employee's AWE are correct and the employee should have been
    excluded, then the payroll has been processed correctly,. However, the
    relevant form (SAP1, SMP1, SPP1 or SSP1) must be given to the
    employee.
