monitor tasks and have therefore entered a date (date or reminder date).
This date has been reached or has passed.

System Response

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

How to fix this error?

In order to determine budget structure elements with open dates, call
the processing of position plan and in the search area, choose <ZK>
Search Using Deadline Monitoring
</>. You can limit the search to either date or reminder date (or both).
The program searches all budget structure elements for which
the tasks not done are saved in the system.
by double-clicking you can copy the objects to the work area. To look at
the dates/reminders, choose the tab page
<ZK>Deadline Monitoring</>. Here you can postpone the date or the
reminder to a later date so that the message no longer appears.
When you have completed the reason for the deadline monitoring, set the
processing indicator to <LB>Task Completed</>.
