  • What causes this issue?

    The current user is listed as the owner or processor of an activity, but
    they no longer have authorization to process activities for this
    employee.
    This could happen if the employee has been transferred to a new
    organization for which the user has no authorization, or if the user has
    been transferred to a new position that grants no authorization to
    process that employee. Also, it is possible that the structural
    authorizations for the user have been changed.

    System Response

    Th system allows the user to still modify the activity to change the
    activity owner or processor to an authorized user.

    How to fix this error?

    Remove yourself as owner or processor and set the organization and agent
    fields to authorized values.

    Procedure for System Administrators

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
