    allow you to process this activity. This could happen if any of the
    following apply:
    Your authorizations have changed.
    Another processor changed the activity status or category/subcategories
    to values that you are not allowed to process.
    The affected employee changed to an employement status for which you
    have no authority, e.g. <ZK>Active </>to <ZK>Retiree</>.

    You are allowed to process the activity so that you may remove your name
    from the <LS>Owner</> and/or <LS>Processor</> fields.

    How to fix this error?

    Remove your name from the <LS>Owner</> and/or <LS>Processor</> fields,
    and if appropiate change the processing organization.
