Statement</> in the Implementation Guide (IMG) under <ZK>Compensation
Management</>.
If you want to use other categories, create your own customer-defined
categories in the step <DS:SIMG.HRCMP00TCS0005>Read Data on
Customer-Defined Category</> in the Implementation Guide under
