  • What causes this issue?

    This departure has been designated for settlement and payment using an
    off-cycle payroll run before the normal payroll run. The off-cycle
    payroll run for this departure has yet to be executed.
    There are three situations that could have caused the error:
    The departure has been run using the normal payroll run.
    The departure of the employee has been entered after having executed
    the normal payroll run corresponding to the period which includes the
    said departure and the execution date of the off-cycle payroll
    accounting run is prior to the date of the last executed payroll run.
    The date of payment entered is earlier than the execution date of the
    last normal payroll run performed.

    How to fix this error?

    RESET N1
    According to the type of error identified:
    In the first case, mentioned earlier, this departure cannot now be
    calculated using an off-cycle payroll run.
    In the second case you will have to calculate the said departure along
    with the regular payroll run.
    In the third case, change the date indicated and enter a date posterior
    to the last normal payroll run effected.
