    the Customizing data underlying this information could not be read from
    either the <ZK>COBRA Maximum Coverage Period</> view (V_T5UDC) or the
    <ZK>COBRA Administrative Data</> view (V_T5UDD).

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    qualifying event types in the COBRA section of Benefits Customizing, in
    the activity <LS>Define Qualifying Event Coverage Periods</>.

    entry must exist for the District of Columbia, reflecting the federal
