The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
In the list of qualifying COBRA events, select the earlier event "&V3&"
of &V4& for processing as well. If this event does not appear in the
list, return to the <LS>COBRA Letter Generation</> selection screen and
choose a time period including the event date &V4&.
