    What causes this issue?

    The system tried to do one of the following:
    Convert the format of a minimum service requirement for eligibility or
    for a particular level of vesting percentage
    Determine the total length of service as the sum of grandfathered,
    calculated, and manually adjusted service
    For both of these activities, a <DS:DE.PSEN_FMSUM>function module for
    cumulating durations</> is required. However, no such function module
    has been specified in the <DS:DE.PSEN_CRULE>conversion rule</> &1 to be
    used here.

    System Response

    The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

    How to fix this error?

    In the <LS>Retirement Plan Service</> section of Benefits Customizing,
    modify the setup of the conversion rule &1 in the activity <LS>Define
    Conversion Rules</> by entering the name of an existing function module
    appropriate for cumulating durations. Alternatively, create the
    function module that is currently specified in the conversion rule &1.
