  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

When generating a benefit offer for the current employee, the system
evaluated the pre-/post-tax deductions settings for the plan &V1&, in
which the employee is already enrolled. The employee's selection
regarding pre-/post-tax deductions for the plan is not consistent with
the plan definition. The plan definition was probably changed after
    enrollment took place.

    System Response

In order to enable you to correct this inconsistency, the system does
not exclude the plan from the offer, and issues this message as a
warning only. However, if you try to reenroll the employee into the
plan &V1& without changing the pre-/post-tax selection to match the
plan definition, an error message will be issued and enrollment will
    not be possible.

    How to fix this error?

    Complete the enrollment.
Ensure that all the records for this employee for the plan &V1& have
    the correct pre-/post-tax selection.
If the plan definition was changed, you may also need to split those
infotype records whose validity period includes the date on which the
    change was made.
