    record with these keys was delimited or deleted after the related
    person was assigned to the benefit plan.

    The system removes the related person from the list of dependents or
    beneficiaries.

    How to fix this error?

    If an infotype 0021 record <ZH>should</> exist with
    subtype &V1& and object number &V2&, create a new record.
    If it is correct that <ZH>no</> record should exist, run the
    Participation Monitor for the employee in order to detect any
    inconsistent enrollment of dependents and beneficiaries. Withdraw any
    inconsistent dependents and beneficiaries from the relevant plans.
