This typically occurs when the start date of a new record overlaps or does not align correctly with the end date of a previous record for the same employee.

    Cause:

    1. Overlapping Dates: The start date of the new benefit record is earlier than or overlaps with the end date of an existing record.

    Solution:

    1. Review Existing Records: Check the existing benefit records for the employee in question. Look for the end date of the previous record and ensure that the new record's start date is after this date.
