  • What causes this issue?

    There is already a generated and sent (event. confirmed to be correct)
    deregistration/registration in the cluster starting on the same day.
    These documents may already have been processed in the CSSZ registry.

    System Response

    This is not allowed. Since February 1, 2018, documents for EE with
    termination/entry on the same day must not be reported.
    Erroneous documents could be reported e.g. in case of incorrect
    termination record without subsequent entry.
    If the documents already have been sent to the CSSZ registry. Contact
    technical support to request for deletion/correction of such document.
    Then you can fix it in R/3 as well. That means - confirm the documents
    as erroneous (RPCREGT2V), delete the data, generate new data and confirm
    them as sent without error.

    How to fix this error?

    Use the RPCREGTMAZ program for deletion.
