  • What is the cause and solution for SAP error message HRASR00_INFTY013 - Form scen. &1 vers. &2 service &3: Operations to be executed not defined ?

The SAP error message HRASR00_INFTY013 typically occurs in the context of SAP HR (Human Resources) and specifically relates to the use of infotypes in the context of the SAP HR Application Services (HRASR). This error indicates that there are operations that need to be executed for a specific infotype scenario, but these operations have not been defined in the system.

    Cause:

    1. Missing Configuration: The error usually arises when the infotype scenario (in this case, &1) and version (&2) are not properly configured in the system. This could mean that the necessary operations for the infotype are not defined in the configuration settings.
    2. Incorrect Infotype Setup: The infotype might not be set up correctly in the system, or the specific service (&3) may not have the required operations linked to it.
    3. Transport Issues: If the configuration was recently transported from another system, it might not have been transported correctly, leading to missing definitions.

    Solution:

    1. Check Infotype Configuration: Go to the configuration settings for the specific infotype and ensure that all necessary operations are defined. This can typically be done in the SPRO transaction under the relevant HR settings.
    2. Define Operations: If operations are missing, you will need to define them. This may involve creating or modifying the infotype scenario to include the necessary operations.
    3. Review Transport Requests: If the issue arose after a transport, check the transport logs to ensure that all necessary objects were included and correctly imported into the target system.
    4. Consult Documentation: Review SAP documentation or notes related to the specific infotype and service to ensure that all required settings are in place.
    5. Testing: After making changes, test the infotype scenario again to ensure that the error is resolved.

    Related Information:

    • Transaction Codes: You may need to use transaction codes like SPRO (to access the configuration), PA30 (to maintain HR master data), or HRASR (to access the HR Application Services).
    • SAP Notes: Check for any relevant SAP Notes that might address this specific error or provide additional guidance on configuring infotypes and scenarios.
    • Support: If the issue persists, consider reaching out to SAP support or your internal SAP team for further assistance.

By following these steps, you should be able to identify the cause of the error and implement a solution to resolve it.
