The SAP error message HRALX00_ORG515 indicates that an employee record is incomplete because a required infotype is missing. Infotypes in SAP HR (Human Resources) are used to store specific types of employee data, and each infotype has a specific purpose. The error message specifies that for the employee identified by &1, a particular infotype identified by &2 is missing.

    Cause:

    1. Missing Infotype Data: The employee record does not have the required infotype data filled in. This could be due to:

      • The infotype was never created for the employee.
      • The infotype was deleted or not maintained properly.
      • Data entry errors or omissions during the employee's onboarding or data maintenance process.
    2. Configuration Issues: There may be configuration settings in the system that require certain infotypes to be filled out for specific actions (e.g., hiring, promotions).

    3. Review Configuration:

      • If this error occurs frequently, review the configuration settings in the SAP HR module to ensure that the required infotypes are correctly set up for the relevant employee actions.
    4. Check Authorizations:

      • Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to view and maintain the required infotype. This may involve checking user roles and permissions in the system.
    5. Consult Documentation:

      • Refer to SAP documentation or help resources for specific details about the infotype in question and its requirements.
