The following condition must be fullfilled for all records of a data
object:
The status of the records (T51R5_HIST-STATUS) must be one of the
following:
04,,Paid (acknowledged)
40,,Garnishment payment stopped
74,,FI remote reversal of payment
75,,FI remote reversal of payment
97,,Payment stopped

All items that have set the stop payment flag STOPG in table T51R5 are
archivable by default even if they do not have status '97'. This can be
for items that have manually been stopped from further processing.
The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.
Archiving of teh selected records has been rejected.
Please make sure that all records selected are archivable.
