What causes this issue?

Information about a
content object and/or
structure object or a
folder
is not sufficient for selected help type &V1&.
To use help type HTMLHelpFile' (5) information about a structure object
or folder (for glossara) is absolutely necessary.
To use help types "Dynamic Help" (1), "PlainHtmlHttp" (2), or
"PlainHtmlFile" (3) at least one of the three objects named before must
be specified.
