What causes this issue?

The system issues an error message and will not allow you to continue with this transaction until the error is resolved.

System Response

You just saved the layout of the hierarchy display. The layout includes
the cutout you made (pushbutton 'Set cutout') and the displayed
hierarchy for the reports, but not the hierarchy for the selection
parameters (subgroup, version, year/period).
In the next hierarchy display, the layout will be reloaded.
