  • Show details Hide details
  • What causes this issue?

The archiving program is now determining which documents (ACCTHD
entries) meet your selection conditions and are to be archived.
The larger the ACCTIT table is and the more documents meet your
selection conditions, the longer this process will last.

    How to fix this error?

If the process lasts too long, you can restrict the number of documents
to be archived. The analysis program RGUANAM1 and RGUANAM2 helps you to
    specify the selection criteria.
If the process terminates with an error that is connected to storage
problems in an internal table, you should increase the maximum size for
an internal table (system settings) or restrict the number of documents
    to be archived.
