After deletion, run the GM AVC reconstruction program (transaction
<DS:TRAS.GMAVCREINIT>GMAVCREINIT</>) or from the menu path <LS>
Accounting -> Public Sector Management -> Grants Management -> Budgeting
-> Tools -> Availability Control -> Reconstruct</>.
