The rows of the current section are sorted hierarchically, while the
rows of a summation level that belong together are sorted one below the
other. The following report section is an example:

sorted in ascending order after the first column. At the same time,
because 150 < 250, the row

is placed before the row

The row

is subordinate to the detail rows below.
Cost Center 2.1 | 100
Cost center 2.2 | 50
Because 50 < 100, the position of these rows must be switched.
