    The <DS:DE.OUT_FORM>output format</> determines if the report is to be
    output in list format (output format '0') or in tabular format (output
    format '1') to the selected <DS:DE.OUT_DEVI>output medium</>.
    You can store a particular output format as the default value in the
    report definition. This default value can be overridden by calling up
    the function "Output parameters..." when you call up a report.
    The selected output format is invalid. The following may be the reason
    for this:
    You can only select the output format '0' (list format) for the output
    media '0' (screen or printer) and '3' (screen or departmental printer).
