- In transaction code SNRO, select the number range object and check the intervals.
- Ensure that there is an internal number range interval defined and that it is active.
Assign Number Range to Document Type:
- Go to transaction code OB52 (for financial documents) or the relevant configuration transaction for your document type.
- Ensure that the correct number range is assigned to the document type you are trying to use.
Check Authorizations:
- Ensure that the user has the necessary authorizations to create or process documents using the specified number range.
Consult with Basis or Configuration Team:
